if you open all items in preferences (menu: edit, preferences), you are getting
no vertical scrollbar. You get it only after closing one item.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.menu. Edit -> Preferences...
2.open all items like Appearance, Composer, Netscape
3.you're getting no vertical scrollbar

Actual Results:  no scrollbar ;-)

Expected Results:  a vertical scrollbar ;-)

cpu: AMD Duron 800
mem: 256 MB
linux distribution: Debian GNU/Linux 2.2r3
kernel: 2.2.19-ide
