 I can not download vcard file which the phone support,and it show in UAProfile

 1.lanuch "http://imps.tcl-ta.com/cailiang/media/alca_vcard.html"
 2.download any vcard file in this place 
 EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
 it can be download
