this host has had ppod issues that were not resolved via replacing memory cards for the reasons stated in: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=876773#c40 I propose we debug the gfx card. Whether we have diagnostic tests to do so or we just try swapping/replacing the gfx card.
