Steps to reproduce:

It occurs in unevenly manner. Mostly while browsing Facebook when i scroll down it occurs(not always as i said previously) but as soon as i scroll upward it began to disappear from that portion which has already up scrolled.
Sometimes this also appears while typing in TextBox as i start typing it began to disappear(please see the screenshot i had uploaded in series).
 Also many people reported me this issue while working on #ArmyOfAwesome


Actual results:

Rectangular black block appears mostly when i'm on facebook also sometimes while filling form or while writing into textfield and guess what it is appearing right now.(See screenshot)


Expected results:

Those rectangular black blocks should not appear while browsing.

I don't think it's a issue of graphic driver or hardware acceleration because previous version(27.0) was working flawlessly on the same configuration system.

Could you test with HWA disabled, please (restart FF to apply).
