Details

I try to install plug ins and not all of them work.  Shockwave works, java and
realplayer do not.  In the help/plug ins window they do not even show up.  I
have seen this in .93 and .94.  My windows 98 and linux machines work fine, it
seems only to be a problem with windows 2000.  I reinstalled java and
realplayer, no help.  When going to a page with one of these it just keeps
asking to install the plug in, but it is already installed.
I think this is a dup of bug 99709, but what does about:plugins have listed?
