[FTU] On first boot, when the screen goes black, it doesn't wake up unless touched.

(This looks a lot like bug 992466, but only on first boot on my keon. Launching it from the Developer menu doesn't reproduce). Steps to reproduce: - Boot B2G for the first time (or do `make reset-gaia`). - The FTU app appears, wait for the screen to go completely black. Observed: - Clicking power button doesn't wake the screen (it only activates the home button, and pressing the home button makes the device vibrate, but doesn't wake the screen either). - To wake the screen up, you must first use the power button, and then touch the screen. Expected: - Clicking power button should wake up the screen.
