Details
Last week I was at Mozilla SF and using the Mozilla Guest network. I noticed that it was blocking all of the UDP traffic from my open mosh sessions.
(Mosh is an SSH replacement with many superior qualities, including sessions that persist even if the client changes IP... so long as the network doesn't block its packets! https://mosh.mit.edu/)
Perhaps this bug will be made obsolete by the new openwireless.org networks, though....

(I think openwireless.org networks will have the same config as Mozilla Guest.)

I believe that secops embargoed/outlawed/no-no'd/etc mosh as being a security risk, so this most likely on purpose. Roping in :kang for comment.

that's only for us providing the service - for network access its unrelated. you're entirely free to use mosh for personal use.
forwarding :)

The policy from guest -> external is to allow everything out now in the SFO1.
