We're currently running tests on B2G desktop builds without OOP enabled.  We want to enable OOP, but this breaks a bunch of tests.

To help us to green up the tests, we'd like to schedule all of the tests twice, once with OOP and once without.  Once all the tests are green in OOP mode, we can disable the non-OOP tests.
