Description:
The option 'layers: simple tiles' in the developer menu is truncated.

Repro Steps:
1) Update Buri device to v1.4 BuildID: 20140421000201
2) Change language to Slovak
3) Settings > Cellular & Data > Tethering settings
4) Observe that the 'Tethering settings' header is shown truncated as 'Tethering-instellin...'

Actual:
'Layers: simple tiles' header is shown truncated as 'Vrstvy: jednoduche dlazd...'.

Expected:
All strings display fully where intended.

Correct repro steps:
1) Update Buri device to v1.4 BuildID: 20140421000201
2) Change language to Slovak
3) Settings > Developer menu
4) Scroll down to view Layers: simple tiles

This issue does not occur on the Buri v1.3 MOZ ril.
