Details

The l10n.js refactor from bug 914414 implemented the mozL10n API and behaviors with 100% compliance to reduce the complexity of the patch.  It is now time to fix some of the things we saw and thought needed improvements.

This bug is a tracking bug for cleaning up the localization-related build time optimizations.
