Details

Steps to reproduce:

 1. Sync with another SeaMonkey of Firefox instance that has open tabs
 2. those tabs should be listed in about:sync-tabs
 3. mark them all and select to open all tabs
 4. the list will be empty, but the line for "tabs from ... on ..." remains
 5. right-clicking now shows (function-less) "Open/Bookmark tab" entries

Expected results:

 5. Only "Refresh List" should be shown

Tested on current trunk nightly build.
