Steps to reproduce:
Wanted to say Bug 999958#c5 and have a link generated right to that exact comment.
Actual results:
It just linked to the bug only, just as if I only said bug 999958.
Expected results:
It should also have linked to the comment too. YES I KNOW THERE ARE OTHER WAYS TO DO THAT. I just think it would be no skin off Bugzilla's back to also link to the comment. I mean that is the main way users grab it from the comment URLs...
