This is a meta tracking for the various parts of the New Gaia Architecture (nga).

The architecture proposal is located at https://wiki.mozilla.org/Gaia/Architecture_Proposal

The proposal is currently under a validation process where parts are developed individually. Some of those parts may never be part of the final architecture.

Each part will suffer an individual validation step.
Each part will also suffer a integrated validation step when it is in relation with an other part.

The validation process is telemetry driven. The telemetry part is also a part of the proposal, and is currently under development.

Vivien: do you have a tracking bug for getting APIs implemented in workers? Media apps are going to need device storage in workers and the canvas API in workers as well.  Andrew Osmond is working on device storage, though I don't know if there is a single bug for that.  And the canvas in workers bug is bug 801176. There is a spec, but apparently no implementation yet.
