I didn't verify in repo, but r+ assuming we also landed a backout for those env PATH changes relating to the python problem we were seeing.

Pushed live to mirrors, and added live to website...
The update snippets will await my confirmation from Norton on the whitelisting (due to Norton issues with heuristic scanning) Which I would anticipate by monday (due to the weekend submission of the request)
