bugzilla@flamber.dk, we've made an unfortunate mistake in announcing build that were't quite ready yet. We've had to take additional changes and do not yet have the final Thunderbird 1.0.5 builds. I apologize for the extra work this has caused you (and anyone else). We were trying to give localizers as fast a notice as we could and we were premature. Please stay tuned to the l10n newsgroup for the next announcement of final builds. Again, we're very sorry for the extra work we've caused.
It's OK. I make the installer in matter of minutes. Are the builds out now? http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/thunderbird/releases/1.0.5/
Yes, the builds are out now in that location. Let's get going on those l10n releases.
I'm not sure it makes sense to make l10n builds as the released TB 1.0.5 is exactly the same that we had to localise in the first round and that contained bugs. Check Pavel Franc's post in n.p.m.l10n or bug #300477.
l10n de-DE is ready for win32 and langpack. Linux and OS X builds will follow in the next 24 hours. http://thunderbird.dnsalias.net/downloads/1.0.5/ Regards Alexander Ihrig
fi-FI win32 installer ready: http://mozilla.lucid.fi/thunderbird/thunderbird-1.0.5.fi-FI.win32.installer.exe Help with the mac build would be appreciated... :)
Before I plunge myself into heavy work to provide Mac builds as with TB 1.0.2 I would like to know: Does it make sense for the time being? I read on the Enigmail list that there will be a Thunderbird 1.0.6 in a few days time. Is that true? Some official statement would be appreciated so that all the localizers do not do unnecessary work. Thanks a lot.
OK, I just found the official statement in the newsgroup - so I will wait. Sorry for the bugspam.
