Details

This is probably a cross-platform bug.
In the html editor, when double-clicking a word, the word will fail to select if
the caret is already positioned in the word and you double-click over top of it.

sujay, can you check all platforms and mark [PP] if only on Mac. thanks!
This occurs also within the browser on yesterday's Mac OS (although the editing
caret is invisible).

all double clicks go to 9981 now i guess. i need to work on it
