fill out the CVS Access Request form and return to me to get the process 
started.  You will need a voucher and 3 SRs if you will be requesting write 
access.

John has made some awesome contributions to mozilla's form control and for
submission code, he has very good knowledge about mozilla code, especially in
those areas. I'll sr, I'll vouch, and whatever it takes to get John CVS access.

See John's 400kB+ diff in bug 34297 which fixed 20 or so bugs. We don't need
more than one patch in this case IMO :-)

If I understand this correctly, now jkeiser only needs a non-netscape sr, send
in some papers, and he's done.  Who'd the non-netscape sr be in this case?
