Details

When I hit a breakpoint in the venkman test page, I don't see anything 
indicating that a breakpoint has been hit.  I bonked each button on the test 
page a few times before I realized what was happening.

Venkman should focus itself when I hit a breakpoint in a window being 
debugged.  This should include hard-coded breakpoints, such as the 
statement "debugger;".
