103585 - sidebar starts loading AFTER page is loaded. Sidebar times out if page loads very slow.

When loading this page (which loads pretty slow at 8 cet normally) and switching
sidebar (a random one) at the same time, the page loads very slow and it seems
that   the sidebar only starts to laod after the main content frame has loaded.
If that takes too long, the sidebar times out.

steps to repro:
1. Click the URL (or type an url that loads very slow, or a closed port on some 
   machine you have network access too)
2. Open the sidebarpanel, or change active sidebars
3. Watch the site laod very slowly 
4. Sidebar gives timeout "this panel is currently not available"

Seeing this since: Quite some time, but only today realising that it has to do
with the active window.

Why future? on my home connection I get this quite often and makes the Sidebar
virtually unusable. This should be fixed soon methinks...

It also happens whet at least 1 Tab is loading a document, and it extremely
irritating when you're browing a HTML/HTTP chat box (those pages never finish
loading)

Marking these all WORKSFORME sorry about lack of response but were very
overloaded here. Only reopen the bug if you can reproduce with the following steps:

1) Download the latest nightly (or 0.9.6 which should be out RSN)
2) Create a new profile
3) test the bug again

If it still occurs go ahead and reopen the bug. Again sorry about no response
were quite overloaded here and understaffed.
