104182 - Selecting multiple attachments in dialog box only adds one attachment to message

If you click the "Attach" menu button - you can select multiple files
(SHIFT+CLICK and/or CTRL+CLICK).  When you click "OK", only the first selection
gets added as an attachment.  This may be related to bug 69528, but that is
labeled as a drag and drop problem.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a new message to compose.
2. Click on "Attach" on the menu bar.
3. Select multiple files in the file pane.
4. Click "OK".

Actual Results:  Only the top file gets added to the attachments list.

Expected Results:  All files selected should have gotten added to the
attachments list.
