There are two copies of platformGlobalOverlay.xul per platfrom in the tree:

/xpfe/communicator/resources/content/{platform}/platformGlobalOverlay.xul 
/xpfe/global/resources/content/{platform}/platformGlobalOverlay.xul 

and both get installed into chrome:

This file duplication just cost me a few hours of messing around trying to figure 
out why my changes weren't working. It needs cleaning up.

So.... is this checkin why the "Close", "Quit" and "Redo" menuitems on Linux are
blank and why Ctrl-w, Ctrl-q shortcuts do not work?
