when using the decrease indent, it moves to the end of the previous line instead
of moving cursor to the right

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open Document
2.click on increase indent (cursor moves to left properly)type characters
3.hit return for new line
4.click on decrease indent

Actual Results: cursor moves to end of previous line

Expected Results: cursor should just move to left on same line.
