Let's clarify:
Bug description states: "Edit | Message as New disabled for local folders".
I see in 'Edit'|Edit Draft (for Drafts folder only)
In 'Message' menu we have: 'Edit Message as New'.
This is what was disabled temporary?
It is enabled now for 'Local Folders' as well as others - on branch and trunk
builds.

sorry, I meant Message | Edit Message As New.
Verified on recent builds on Linux, Win2K, Mac OSX.
