currently the text and the navbar icons have hardly any vertical spacing. This
as opposed to NN4.x, which has perhaps 4 times as much spacing. Look at the
reload button, the "l" is only one pixel removed from the reload icon, same goes
for the "St" on the stop button.

Suggesting moving the labels down 2-3 pixels to make it look a little neater.
