move security files in profile to "security" subdir

the profile is being cluttered with all kind of files and the "Netscape
Champions" complains geekily-named files...
So why not move the files:
cert7.db
key3.db
secmod.db
to a subdir called "security" under the profile directory?

actually the Macintosh already has this...! The mac's security files are in
"Security" folder of the profile.
Now we just need Windows and Linux

I vote against this enhancement. If we did it, we'd run into backward
compatibility hell.
The profile directory not something the average user will look into.
In addition, all the security files are easily recognizable, because they all
have the .db extensions.
I suggest to mark this as wontfix.

but it's very inconsistent that the Mac files already are under security. So
much for cross platform...:(
