Is this for the first, last pref? Or something else?
This bug is to cover any and all prefs that have some affect on the address book. Currently there are only one or two prefs that are loaded by the address book front end to affect the behavior.
Fix checked in. Now using prefs for display of name column and auto generation of display name.
