This looks good to me. Marking fixed.
Status: RESOLVED → VERIFIED
I checked this with today's build (1999110509-win32, 1999110508-mac and linux)
on all 3 platforms the Address Book has the Sidebar as displayed in the spec.
The contents of the Sidebar "My Panels" is not displaying, but that is a
different bug, soon to be fixed.  I will verify this as fixed.
