so far I've done this for the thread pane and the folder pane.  Still need to 
work on message pane.

Remaining work is not needed for m14. Ninoschka, for verification, let's file
new bugs on non-conformance with the spec.

When checking context menus for the folder pane and thread pane I will log
seperate bugs for non-conformance with the spec. Will wait for M16 to see
message pane context menus.

Build 2000-05-12-10M16: Win95, Linux 6.0
Verified Fixed.

The context menu are working in general. They appear for the folder pane, thread 
pane and in the body of the message pane. There is a problem with the context 
menu not appearing for the Header area of the message pane which is logged in 
bug# 38640.
