The account wizard should do what it was designed to do.

Alec - did you mean for this to be the profile wizard that the user encounters
upon installation?  If so, Grace, this would belong to you.  If it's for
multiple accounts, then it's Ninoschka's as qa contact.

This needs to be fixed by PR1 - changed the Status Whiteboard to reflect this
this is the mail/news account wizard, which I am writing. It will integrate into
the profile wizard, which selmer's group is working on.

So yes, this belongs to me.

This is done, but 11335 is now vital to this working or the created account
won't work right...
I'm not going to close this bug but I'm setting up a dependancy.

ok, this is all finally done.
The accounts still do not show up immediately in the folder pane, but that
should have a new bug.

You can see the effects by collapsing and re-expanding (via the splitter) the
folder pane.
