111118 - Tab titles sometimes incorrectly show (Untitled)

I have noticed with some pages the title shown by a tab does not match the page
title. The title is shown correctly in the title bar of the window (when the tab
is selected), but the tab shows (Untitled). I first noticed this with an
auto-refreshing page. On initially viewing the page the title was shown, but
after an auto-refresh it appeared as (Untitled). As an example look at live
commentary for a cricket match linked to from the given URL (I didn't provide a
direct link because these things are transient). I have also noticed this with
pages that do not auto-refresh, for example using the popular Endymion web-mail
system.

Maybe a dupe of bug #102924, but as the reporter stated
you don't need to kill the page loading to see it.

A quick search finds bug 101827, bug 101831, bug 108189, bug 108350, and bug
108421.  They all seem to be manifestations of the same condition, whereby
various things such as frames, scripts, non-HTML documents, and failed network
connections cause the title as shown in a tab to revert to "Untitled" and never
change back to the correct title of the document, even though it's shown
properly in the title bar when the tab is selected.  These bugs should be merged
into one.

I have several tabs open.  The last tab is showing "untitled" when the page
loaded fine.  The interesting thing is I bookmarked the page and the page title
showed fine in the bookmark.  The url is:

I'm seeing something similar in build 2002-03-14-03 on WinNT.
I had the following page open, by itself,
  http://support.novell.com/servlet/filedownload/pub/nw51sp4.exe/
then I pressed CTRL-T to open a new tab and the original page was marked
"Untitled" from then on.

i haven't been able to encounter the "Untitled" tab issue while using commercial
trunk bits on linux rh7.2, win2k and mac 10.1.5.

i'm going to mark these as verified fixed on the TRUNK.

if you still encounter the bug and want to reopen this, please add *specific*
test steps to reproduce (and make sure to use a *trunk* build after 7/23). thanks!
