For the url I gave and for ftp urls the browser title bar is set, but the text
on the tab remans '(Untitled)'
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the url I gave as well as ftp urls.
I bet the OS should be all but I can't verify that right now.
