This feature is finally done.

Grace, you won't be able to verify this until the installer build automation is
set up to generate the installer's config.ini indicating each component's size.

Once that's in place, you should be able to simply try to install into a drive
with insufficient space (like a:) and it should complain.

I'll let you know when that's in place.
