Grace, you won't be able to verify this feature fix because there's
no dependencies yet.  I believe that this is dependent on seamonkey/seamonkey
installer automation being in place to create the .xpi files.  Once the .xpi
files are being created, the installer should have dependencies hooked up with
them.
The dependencies functionality is fixed, but are still not being used.  I'm not
sure when that will happen yet.

not really.  you just have to take my word for it :)
I don't have a test case yet.  I'll update this bug when I do, so you can verify 
it.
