112551 - Another table of porn doesn't get reflowed properly

Reproducible: Always, when using a 56K modem and the page is not in the cache.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.galeon.com/glamour/asianass01.html
2. If the browser window is less than 700 pixels high, quickly scroll down about
half a window.

Expected results: The images rearrange as they are loaded into the table and are
redrawn in their entirety with no overlap.

Actual results: The top leftmost image of the 4x4 table is only partially
redrawn as it moves to the left (there's a black rectanglar chunk taken out of
the top left corner).

To reproduce, you may need to use a fairly slow connection, and you may need to
clear the disk and memory caches, to ensure the images are loaded one-by-one.
I've seen this with several nightly builds, up to and including 2001112703.This
bug seems very similar to bug 86314.
