[RTL][Dialer]When device receives a call at lock screen, the position of SIM card icon is not mirrored.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
Prerequisite: Set system language as Arabic and insert two SIM card.
1. Lock the screen.
2. Receive a call.
3. Observe the call screen.

[3.Expected Result]: 
3. The position of phone number and SIM card icon should be mirrored.

3. The position of SIM card icon is not mirrored.

Given that this is when the lockscreen is activated, and that per UX specs in 2.2 nothing should appear mirrored on the lockscreen, I would consider this as Invalid. Feel free to reopen if needed.
Please note this behavior might change in 3.0 specs. thanks
(however I do spot a bug with the variable on that screen, will follow up with another bug on that)
