Details

From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:0.9.6) Gecko/20011120
BuildID: 2001112009

The back and Forward button on the task bar are constantly "shaded"
and won't work. I tried all sorts of possibly brower's configurations,
but nothing seems to work.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Mozilla Brower
2.Go one any page that is not the start (home) page
3.Try to move back to previous location by clicking on "Back" button

Actual Results: Brower is stuck on the page you're currently at.

Expected Results: Go back to previous page/document in history
Reporter, please try to create a new profile using "mozilla.exe -profileManager"
or try with a more recent nightly build from:
  http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/latest/
Liklely, either of these will fix the issue. Alternatively, try to determine if
a specific setting in your prefs.js or user.js is causing the problem or if a
specific set of actions while using the browser triggers the problem.
