Description:
When observing the Call Information of a recent call under the Call Log, the user will observe that in an RTL language that the formatting of the button changes and the icon within the button space becomes no longer centered. Attached is a screenshot comparing the same still from the same phone in Arabic and then English.


Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150316010202
2) Receive a call from a contact.
3) Enter Dialer and observe call log.
4) Hold tap on above made call.
5) Tap 'Call Information'.
6) Observe Messaging/SMS icon.
7) Change to RTL language and observe button size.

Actual:
SMS button size grew in size in an RTL language, icon in button no longer centered.

Expected:
SMS button maintains size between languages: icon in button always centered.

According to the STR in comment 0, this issue cannot be reproduced on latest Flame 2.2&3.0 and Nexus 5 2.2&3.0 build, SMS button size remain the same as that in LTR language and the icon in SMS button is center-aligned.
If anyone can repro it, reopen again.
