hmm was fixed in bug 91551 late August. Regressed?

I remember fixing this. Someone regressed it. Anyway, I will take a look. Taking
the bug.
Changing summary to "Copy and Folder Settings" panel is not displayed
completely. I guess this is with modern theme only. Is that right..?

Dennis, can you still reproduce this with a recent build?
I just tried with 2002051006 on Win2k and it WFM.
