I searched for an old resolved bug on this since dynamic theme switching was
recently re-enabled, but I was unable to find one. I'm sorry if this is a dupe.
Basically, when you switch themes with a recent build (that has dynamic theme
switching re-enabled) you will loose your vertical scrollbar on the page you are
currrently viewing.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Go to a page that gives the browser a scrollbar (such as URL above)
2) Switch theme with View->Apply theme
Result: The scrollbar you previously saw is now gone.
The scrollbar is put back in place as soon as you visit a new page.
