User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:37.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/37.0
Build ID: 20150415140819

Steps to reproduce:

I have configured firefox to never remember history.
Nonetheless I want sometimes to delete the history (cookies) to do some tests.
So I click on the link "clear all current history", all checkboxes are checked and I click the button "clear now".
Then I type "google.com" in the url bar, because I have cleared all my current history, with the request should be sent any cookie!

Actual results:

I open the developer panel and in the networking tab I check the sent request and with my surprise it contains two cookies: NID and PREF!

Expected results:

Because I have just cleared all current history, a first request shouldn't have cookies.
1. How are you triggering Clear Recent History if you're in permanent private browsing mode? That option would be disabled.
2. What Time Range did you set before clicking the Clear button?
3. Can you reproduce this in a brand new profile?

never remember history + clear all current history

Clear everything
Also a new profile has the same problem.

The exact url that I use is the www.google.com/ncr (no country redirection)
I don't like to be redirected to the local pages but this preference seems to be saved in the cookies and instead I'm looking for a parameter to be added to the search plugin.

Thank you for the update.

So it's the “clear all current history” link under Options/Preferences → Privacy, with the setting Firefox will: Never remember history. That's not actually supposed to be there [1]. The reason for that is that the feature doesn't work in private browsing mode. That's covered in the report that this is a duplicate of [2].
