We have had a report of mozilla downloading source of .php files, instead of 
preprocessing them. 

I have requested a test case within the php bug system, and hopefully that 
should propogate to b.m.o.

This is almost certainly due to the server sending the text/plain mime type 
instead of sending text/html.

And yes, a testcase is absolutely necessary in order to debug this...

The sample URL given in the php bug system seems to WFM Win2k 2001122103

Yes the sample url has since been patched (it was a production machine, I 
believe) however I am hoping the initial reporter will be able to recreate the 
error.

Marking Invalid.

No offense, but we request testcases from many people in our bug system too and
never get them.  If we have to wait for a testcase from a different bug system
and then wait for it to be posted here, it might be months (or never).

No telling how many people will waste their time viewing this open bug in the
meanwhile.

If you do get a testcase that we can look at, feel free to reopen this bug.  And
please include your Mozilla Build ID when you do.
