Details
From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X; en-US; rv:0.9.7) Gecko/20011221
BuildID: 2001122106
When in full screen mode (either by clicking the upper right-hand button or
choosing View->Full Screen), the resize corner in the bottom right hand corner
obscures the vertical scrollbar.
If the statusbar or horizontal scrollbar is present, the app seems to be able to
take the resize widget into account.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a reasonably long page which needs a vertical scroll bar, but not a
horizontal one.
2. Choose View->Full Screen, or click the upper right hand button
3. Look at the scroll-down button on the scrollbar.
Actual Results: The resize widget is obscuring.
Expected Results: The down-arrow scrollbar should be placed above the resize
widget.
I have just confirmed that exactly the same symptom occurs in Mac OS 9.1.
The conditions are the same: no horizontal scrollbar; no status bar; long page
so vertical scrollbar is present. I have Appearance Control Panel set to
display up/down arrows at the bottom of the scrollbar (as in Mac OS X). The
resizing box overlays the down-arrow.
I would suggest removing reference to "Aqua" in the summary, since the problem
is broader in scope.

This problem is the first in a list of windows suffering this problem, detailed
in bug 100577. Bizarly that bug is marked "Future" but also "Assigned", but I'm
marking this as a dup anyway.
