When I "save link as" the following url:
http://hades.udg.es/aeigi/socis/restringit/examens/Tercer-Curs/Control-Industrial/1ª-01-00.zip

the file in disk is not named correctly.



Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to
http://hades.udg.es/aeigi/socis/restringit/examens/Tercer-Curs/Control-Industrial/
2. Save link as... 1ª-01-00.zip
3. look at the name of the saved file (it usually is the temp file name, but in
the correct selected output dir).

Actual Results:  can't recognize the file

Expected Results:  file saved with the same name

Well, that's not really a legal URL to begin with, given that it's got an
out-of-range character in it that isn't specially encoded.  Also, those special
characters are likely to be problematic in filenames depending on the operating
system and applications software being used.

Actually, let me get this straight.  The problem is that the filename is not
encoded in the system encoding, right?
Pushing out to Future; not enough of a show-stopper.
Target Milestone: --- → Future
Using 2002040211/linux: the (I know, completely different) shift-click
method for saving proposes a good file name: 1%AA-01-00.zip
I just wonder: why is shift click usually doing it right (i never saw
wrong behavior with this method) and save link often doing it wrong?
