Build: 2002-01-10-08
Platform : Mac OS X
Expected Results: Password dialog should be displayed on screen for user convience.
What I got: Dialog is off screen. User may not realized this has occured.
Steps to reproduce:
To illustrate the problem better, turn on " Check for new Mail at Startup"
located in the server setting of the Mail & Newsgroup account settings.
1) Launch browser and open Mail window.
2) Position mail window off screen so that the mail sidebar is visible
3) Quit and relaunch application.
4) Open mail which should display window at the previous location.
5) The password dialog should be off screen as well.
6) Since the dialog gets the focus, none of the menus in the menu bar will
activate. This may confuse the user since it's not obvious what has occured.

More danm regressions, I think.
This was also a problem on other platforms if you didn't have "check for new
mail at startup" checked, the first time you punched Get Mail if the mail window
was largely offscreen. Curious that it was a Mac-specific problem if the
password dialog came up early. Hmm. Anyway, fixed.
