The character entities in the above URL (numeric codes for Latin-3 chars) fail at a few seemingly random places. ‰

Could you qualify which entities are failing by making a test case? thanks... Note: this page has some other problems with placement of a what looks like a floating-left div and with double list-bullets (reported on a different bug).
I am unable to make a simple test case that exhibits this problem. It seems only to occur in complex pages, and there is no rhyme or reason to when the entities fail (and turn into squares). It occurs sometimes when looking through http://purl.oclc.org/NET/pmeg , which also uses CSS stylesheets (and it uses frames).
Just to throw another test case at you: the first ldquo fails in: http://www.fas.harvard.edu/~dbaron/csstest/noncss.html I see no pattern.
Setting all current Open/Normal to M4.
per leger, assigning QA contacts to all open bugs without QA contacts according to list at http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/describecomponents.cgi?product=Browser

Currently this demonstrates a simple entity parsing regression - numeric entities don't parse right; once that's fixed please reassign to erik so that he can close this once the i18n font stuff lands.
