Currently Xprint module only scales images from the framebuffer resolution up to
the printer's resolution - which means we only use one single scaling factor for
all image drawing operations.

It may be better to look at each single image drawing operation and try to find
a "better" scaling factor....

tested... I'd like to ship the current code with 0.9.8 and the new patch with
0.9.9 ...
