win2k build 20020128.. (saw this first with 20020126..)

File Save Page/link/Image as are not working. 
The filepicker doesn't appear.


Rkaa saw this also in her Linux build

yes, in composer file / save as work just fine (linux cvs)

Attachment: Proposed fix

The classid that was being used is no longer registered (since patch for bug
120590 was checked in).  Use contractid instead, so we pick up whichever class
actually implements this interface.
