since receiving an email circular from united airlines (ual.com)
yesterday, neither this message (which did not load properly) nor 
others received since with attachments can either be deleted or moved
to other files from inbox. This is causing a backlog of read messages
on inbox page

Expected Results:  This is extremely annoying!! If can't be fixed will have to
change to Outlook just to get rid of messages from inbox.

Can you download a latest build and see if you can delete the message?  Also try
deleting .msf file of the inbox and start the application again and see if you
can delete the message.  
If not you can attach the message to this bug after stripping the personal
information.  
I see the exact same problem with a circular I receive weekly. They state at the
top of the email that 'this is a new look circular', and it has worked in the
past, so something is fishy with it.

I've not played around with it yet, will see if I get a chance in the near
future and will post updates here. 

I'll attach the entire email text which causes the problem, my manual
work-around was simply to find the email in my Inbox using Notepad, deleting the
text and et voila, it worked again.

There too, the problem seems to be with mails containing very long lines.
possible dupe has been resolved,
no reply from reporter for 5 months, 
can anyone reproduce this ?
Using commercial turnk build: 2002-07-09-08, I am not able to reproduce this 
problem with the attached message. Marking this as worksforme. Please reopen if 
you are able to reproduce.
