From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:0.9.8+) Gecko/20020131
BuildID: 2002013122
I just upgraded to 2002013122 from a nightly build of a day or two before. As
soon as I went to my.yahoo.com, I was not logged in anymore. When I tried
logging in, the site (login.yahoo.com) claimed that my browser had cookies
disabled. I also tried slashdot.org, and after typing in my login and password,
I got back to the "unlogged in" front page.
In preferences, the "Enable all cookies" option is selected.
In "Manage Stored Cookies", there are no items in the "Cookie Sites" tab.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open browser
2. go to slashdot.org
3. log in
Actual Results: non-logged in front page displays
Expected Results: logged in front page displays
Marking as blocker because I couldn't file this bug through mozilla... =)
been seeing something similar on a current cvs, linux, since yesterday:
i add a comment in bugzilla, log in, and when going to another bugzilla page the
"log in" link again displays at bottom of page. My login is seemingly
forgotten: I have to log in each time i want to add a comment.
In cookie manager there are two cookies seemingly set for login though, expiring
in June sometime. So perhaps the cookies aren't read properly?

I had the problem on yesterday win build.
But I don't see it anymore on a 3-hours old cvs on linux.
And the testcase works fine.

Good. Does that solve it for all the others who have been observing these
symptoms? I'd like to know if I can close this out as wfm.

fix does not seem to work for windows. Yahoo Groups is the only site I've
noticed this problem with, my.yahoo.com, slashdot.org, and goldtoken.com have
all worked for me. changing from enable cookies only for originating site to
enable all cookies has no effect.
