Printer settings are not remembered

Details
From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; WinNT4.0; en-US; rv:0.9.8+) Gecko/20020129
BuildID: 2002012903
When I printe a page and set my printer settings other than the default printer
settings, those settings are NOT retained when I print again (from the same
browser session).
For example, if I print a page and I want to print it duplex (both sides), I
choose the duplex setting and it prints duplex. Then I print a second page to
the SAME printer and the printer settings for duplex are NOT retained.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to any webpage
2.Click print
3.Change the printer settings to anything other than the default settings
4. Print the page
5.Click print
6.Verify the printer settings from step #3 are retained.
Actual Results: The printer settings are NOT retained.
Expected Results: The printer settings should be retained for the current
browser session.
Most other "well behaved" Windows applications behave in the desired manner.

Worksforme on Build ID: 2002020103.
Reporter, could you please download today's build and try it again? These can be
found at <ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/latest/>.
A recent change was made to use native print dialogs. That could have solved
this problem. Please let us know if the latest build fixes the problem. Thanks!

Ok, I just tried build 2002020103 and it behaved the same way. I think the
problem is related to bug #123022:

I'm trying to print to the SECOND printer defined on my machine and NOT the
system default printer.
Peace.....

Interesting. When you make a change in the settings of your default system
printer, does Mozilla remember that? If so, then we can resolve this bug,
because it would be pretty much the same as bug 123022.

Ok, I've tried TWO tests:
1) Printed www.kernel.org with a watermark set
2) Printed www.kernel.org with a zoom of 168%
After EACH print, the default printer settings STAYED as the default settings
and NOT the settings I had set.
I then printed www.kernel.org using IE 4.0 and set the zoom to 239%. After the
page printed, I went to the printer settings and the zoom was STILL set to 239%.
So, IE 4.0 worked whereas Mozilla still didn't.
Peace....

In those last two tests, were you using your "main" printer, the default system
printer, or were you using your "second" or "third" printer?

I used the MAIN, system default printer for ALL of the last tests I did in BOTH
browsers, Mozilla and IE. I did NOT choose a different printer, I only used the
"Properties" button on the printer dialog to access the properties where I could
set the "Zoom" percentage, etc.
Peace.....

It seems to be working on Windows 98 with Build ID: 2002020103. For my test, I
tried to print this page. I went to File | Print | Properties, and selected
"legal" size paper, and "landscape" orientation. I printed (printer not actually
turned on). Then, I went to File | Print | Properties again and the settings
were still on "legal" and "landscape."
Thus, worksforme. Maybe this bug is specific to Windows NT.
